Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qomprehensive ("the Service"), operated by Qomprehensive ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Qomprehensive is a conversational business operating system powered by AI agents. Our agents help you manage business operations — including accounting, expenses, reports, and financial insights — through natural language conversation. The Service is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or financial advice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may create and manage multiple entities (businesses or personal accounts) within your account, subject to the limits of your subscription plan. You may invite other users to access your entities with defined roles (Owner, Admin, Guest).

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Qomprehensive offers Free, Basic ($20/mo), Pro ($50/mo), and Advanced ($250/mo) subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Downgrading may result in the archival of entities and data that exceed the limits of the new plan. Archived data is retained for 37 days before soft deletion.

The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost with limited functionality. No credit card is required.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious files or content
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting mechanisms
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Plaid (bank connections), Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI processing), and Cloudflare (storage). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI agents, and branding, is owned by Qomprehensive and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content, financial classifications, or reports.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qomprehensive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Upon termination, your data enters a 30-day archive period followed by a 7-day pending deletion window. After 37 days, data is soft-deleted. Chat logs are retained as a permanent audit trail.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
